Краткий вариант

TextView textView = (TextView) findViewById();
Typeface typeFace = Typeface.createFromAsset(getAssets(), "");
textView.setTypeface(typeFace);


Но лучше (ну, просто кто-то любит более полные решения и не любит копировать одно
и то же для всех 128 TexView в приложении) отнаследоваться от TextView:
